We have specialised in radiofrequency products, specifically in pain relief, for over 30 years and are the original inventors of the NeuroTherm range of products.

We have recently opened additional assembly lines for agile production, including prototyping, box build and small runs, and keeping our high-end electronics lines manufacturing lines open.
Quality assurance is the cornerstone of Morgan’s ethos, we are ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 certified and registered with the FDA (Food and Drugs Administration). We are also certified by the BSI Group (British Standards Institution), Cyber Essentials and the VCA (Vehicle Certification Agency).

Morgan IAT was founded in 1987 with a specific focus on the innovative capabilities of product design engineer Howard Clarke. The company initially specialised in developing medical products. In the late 1980s, in partnership with a GP, Morgan IAT conceived and launched its first lesion generator, which was successfully sold into the National Health Service in 1989.

Our People
Our people are at the heart of our business, and we strive to foster a happy working environment, which promotes teamwork and inclusion. The company was an early adopter of flexi-time and operated an optional four-day working week. Not only does this give staff more free time it also reduces travelling time and fuel use. Morgan IAT also operates a profit share scheme.
Our impact on the environment is essential to us, and we strive to operate more sustainably. We are moving to a paperless office and supporting our staff to live a healthy lifestyle with free access to welfare and counselling services. We have also just submitted our application for B-Corp status.
