Metamor Decoration Ltd acquired the metallising and spray decoration factory in Sandycroft, Deeside in 2022 – previously known as Dual Metallising Chester and Roma Metallising. It remains the same experienced metalliser & spray painter offering top UK service.

The factory was founded in the early 1990’s and has almost 30 years of experience specialising in vacuum metalising and automated spray painting and lacquer spraying of small parts. The factory is focussed on closures/caps/lids for various industries such as cosmetics, industrial, perfumery, skincare, food/beverage, household, healthcare & pharma. However, with an in-house tool room and engineering skills, jigs and tooling can be created for any plastic part and therefore the factory handles a wide range of products.

With the help of its innovative and experienced team members, Metamor can help with any project that requires vacuum metallising (also known as PVD or Physical Vapour Deposition) or spray painting/lacquering from one-off protypes to mass production.
