HT Tooling Solutions Ltd was established in 1991 with the aim of designing and manufacturing highly technical mould tools to the highest of standards.

Housed in our 25,000 sq. ft facility. In 2018 the company was acquired and became part of the `Pexion Group` and since then the investment has continued with further major investment in equipment and technologies.

We have built up a close working relationship with our customers based on honesty and reliability and offer a complete ‘in-house’ package including customer product DFM, mould flow analysis, mould tool design / manufacture, tool trialling / validation, along with ISO 9001:2015 quality system in place.

With a workforce of 40 dedicated people, the company has a turnover of circa £5m and is well equipped to meet your needs, using Charmilles, Mikron and Roeders machines.

We are always looking for new and innovative ideas, concepts and using emerging technologies (eg. conformal cooling, RHC, IMA) to ensure our injection moulds remain of the highest possible quality, delivering reduced cycle times, dimensional accuracy, and more stable processes throughout the life cycle of the tool.
