We are a full service supplier providing design for manufacture, tool design, tool making (aluminium, steel, epoxy, carbon fibre) with a full manufacturing capability to injection mould and press & hand lay composites plus final paint and finish.

Products & Services

• Tooling – DFM consultancy, CNC machined epoxy, aluminium, steel – 24/7 state of the art CNC machine shop. Over 50 CNC machines across our facilities
• Jigs & Fixtures – Design and manufacture machining, boonding and inspection fixtures to meet PPAP requirements
• Injection moulding – 18 injection mould machines from 55 tonnes to 3500 tonnes moulding high variety, low volume components
• Composites – 5 cleanrooms, 5 autoclaves from 1m x 2m to 3m x 6m, 2 vertical presses 400t (0.8m x 1.3m) & 600t (2.1m x 1.6m), resin infusion. Mould tools and component production
• Painting & finishing – Semi automated priming line, Semi automated top coat line, specialist paint booths for carbon fibre gloss and satin lacquering
