Over the past thirty years, Crossen Engineering has grown to become a leading manufacturer of custom-made parts in metals and polymers.

In that time we have built technical competencies in materials, processes and customer service. From our Newtownards base, in Co.Down N. Ireland we service a varied portfolio of clients across multiple industry sectors including Aerospace, Automotive, Defence, Construction, Medical, Marine, Electrical and Food & Drink.

Our success is built on strategic partnership with valued clients, assisting on their project needs from design concept stage through to prototyping and production, tailored to meet their individual budgets and timescales. We have in-house digital services in areas such as Virtual Tooling Simulation to assist clients in the early stages of pre-production to ensure their investment in the latter stages are well considered.

We have a range of modern, efficient manufacturing equipment operated by a dedicated, enthusiastic well-trained workforce focussed on client needs, precision and quality. As part of our dedication to continual improvement we have in-house development systems and compliance through our industry accreditation. Since June 2010 we have held AS9100 in Quality Management.

Our production facilities include the areas of Metal Formed Components; Plastic Injection Moulding; and the specialist areas of Aerospace and Automotive manufacture, each supported by an in-house designated Tool Room. In house our 17 Power Press’s range from 100T to 500T, whilst our Injection Moulding machines range from 60T – 650T. These sections of the business are further supported by in-house services such as Material Selection & Characterisation
