We specialise in batch manufacturing for SLS 30 printed parts as well as pre-porduction prototypes. We only use EOS SLS machines with the material Nylon PA12 (PA2200).

We have one of the largest capacitites in the UK, and are capable of manufacturing 3000-5000 parts per day.  Our main focus is to bridge the gap between prototype and injection moulding where tooling costs are prohibitively expensive.
